What's included in the free trial?
Everything you need to get started with up to 5 members, across all the communities you run, for as long as you like. When you need more members, or tools like Events and Donations, choose a paid plan.
How do add-ons work?
Events, Donations, Roster, Documents and Sponsorships are add-ons. Every paid plan includes one of each, such as one event or one fundraising campaign. When you need more, make that add-on unlimited for your community. Add-ons are priced per community.
Are there discounts available?
Yes — two, and they can be combined. Nonprofits get 10% off, and choosing an annual plan takes off another 10%.
Can my organisation collect donations?
Yes. Switch on the Donations module for one-time and recurring giving, fundraising campaigns, receipts and giving statements.
Why does WiseMembers charge a service fee?
A small service fee on online membership payments keeps our monthly packages low and accessible to organisations of every size. Larger organisations that process more memberships pay a little more, and it means we only make money when you do.
How is the service fee different from Stripe's processing fee?
The WiseMembers service fee applies when you collect an online membership payment through our platform. It's separate from the payment processing fee charged by Stripe, which processes the payments behind the scenes.
Can I change which tools my community uses?
Any time. Modules like Rosters, Events, Donations and Sponsorships can be switched on or off from the Apps page in your community.
